I have had the joy of being a Big Sister in the program for 2 years now.
I had first heard of the organization when talking with my cousin Ryan who started as a little in the program when he was 8.
Seeing all the work he continued to do with the organization throughout the years, inspired me to join my local branch and become a Big.

They match children (“Littles”) with caring adult mentors (“Bigs”) who show up, listen, and guide them.
Being involved with this organization has shown me firsthand how something as simple as showing up can truly change a young person’s life.
