What does MPP smell like?

Our product is 100% odorless.

How does MPP work?

It works like an oxygen bomb. As soon as our product comes in contact with bacteria (pee, poop, puke, etc) it starts to break any solid down into a gas for extraction and then evaporates. The key to it working is simple patience and diligence when spraying product to heavily saturate your area needed once daily and leave it alone. The product will continue to work for up to 24 hours after spraying.

Do I wipe it on wood flooring?

Yes, follow the specific directions on the label and in the box for wood.

What is MPP’s guarantee?

Our guarantee is that MPP will remove your stains and odors. If you’re unsatisfied with the outcome simply email us for a refund. Refunds are only given on your 1st order of 1 QT, 2 QT or The Starter Pack within 60 days of purchase. Non refundable items include: Gallons, Case of quarts, and multiple orders listed above.

Can you use MPP in a load of laundry?

Yes, use MPP as a pre-treatment. Spray garments, blankets, etc. let them sit for a while and then proceed to wash as normal.

How many applications does it take?

While some stains and odors may come out in the first application, most are going to require multiple applications. Typically all bacteria will come out in 1-5 treatments. Every scenario is different. If other products were used prior, or the stains are old, foot traffic, etc., MPP has to first break down all of that residue before it can even reach the bacteria. Once it reaches the bacteria it will start to break it down layer by layer for extraction.

What chemicals are in MPP?

We use an industrial grade and percentage peroxide base, oxidizers, stabilizers, inerts and our proprietary blend.

Does the stain totally disappear under the UV light?

The UV is a catch 22 of sorts. It is to show you where to treat, and while some may go away all together under the UV, some will always show salt crystals. Once you no longer see your stains to the naked eye and have extracted all layers, you can declare success.

What type of stains does MPP remove?

It will work on anything that can come out of any animal or human.
Ex: pee, poop, puke, blood
It also works on red wine, coffee, tea, soda, ink, makeup, and lots of food stains.

Can you use MPP in a carpet cleaning machine?

Yes you can! However, you go through the product quickly in a machine. If you have bad areas you should spot treat those heavily a few times first.

  • Do not dilute, always use at full strength.
  • Use your machine to lay the product down. Do not suck it back up. MPP needs to sit wet, so it can work and will evaporate on its own. It’s best to use a machine at night before bed when no one will walk on it. It should be dry by morning.
After first application the smell is worse, am I using the product wrong?

The product is 100% odorless, you’re simply smelling what it is extracting from the area sprayed (telling you it’s working! ). The smell is temporary and will go away with each application. You may use fans or open windows to ventilate and bring in fresh air as it’s extracting your bacteria. It WILL get worse before it gets better.
