We work with rescue dogs and many are seniors who don't always have a lot of control and some of the younger ones need house training refresher courses. Right now, we have ten dogs. If there was ever a house to try this stuff on, this is the one. We 'spot scrub' almost daily and do a full carpet cleaning every 4-6 weeks or better but there are some stains that are just stubborn. This stuff is amazing! Just spray it on to an old stain and you won't see it again. Clean up a new spot, spray this on it and you'll never see (or smell) it ... ever. I don't know how it works, I just know it does. I would recommend this to anyone!
