We tried My Pet Peed based on the guarantee, and we are thrilled with the results. We purchased a home that had 9 cats living in the basement, so we used MPP to eliminate the odor. It has helped tremendously and we are now ordering much more product, in case it will take several treatments due to the severity of the odor, but we are making big progress with the MPP product, great company, awesome responsive owner of the company. We seldom do reviews, but this product is real.
