I haven't had the chance to use the product yet....BUT when it arrived the large gallon had leaked during shipping and I contacted customer service to ask fir a replacement brochure with directions. Samantha reached out to me the next day by email with a copy of the trifold brochure. She also took it upon herself to order a replacement gallon if the product since mine had leaked. Great customer service . Looking forward to placing another review once I get to use the product.
