Thank You for sharing your family of fur babies with us. It’s great to know that I’m supporting a small, family owned business, one that believes that animals should be a part of the family. I too, have 4 dogs, who sometimes have “accidents”. I have tried dozens of other products to try and remove pet urine, nothing worked, and I have replaced formal living room carpet 4 times in 15 years, due to not being able to remove the urine. The rest of my house is now hardwood and tile, due to having pets. The formal living room still has carpet, fairly new, and had a soiled area, I saw your product and read the reviews, and thought I’d give it a try. I had to continue to apply it, probably 8 applications, the smell of pet urine became very prominent, but I had read in the reviews that this was normal, and that this meant the product was working. I kept applying, and I wasn’t sure if it was completely gone, so I gave it the “sniff test”, lol, I literally put my nose down to the carpet, and to my disbelief and amazement, the smell was completely GONE! I could NOT believe it, I ran upstairs and told my daughter all about it, she knew I had been treating the area, because she had to endure the smell as it was working. Your product saved my carpet, as replacing the carpet, Again, was my next remedy. I cannot believe that you have created a product that really does work! You have done what the big corporations have failed to do! Like I said, I have tried dozens of store bought products, and home remedies over the past 25 years, only to be disappointed every time, forcing me to replace carpet with flooring or new carpet. I am very picky about my home being clean, and I have a nose like a hound, I can smell the smallest amount of pet urine. Lol. My kids tease me all the time about my “sniff tests” .
