I tried the product on some old pet stains that showed up under a black light. I had treated them with another product right after they happened. Stains still showed with black light and slight odor remained. Jarrett refunded my money. Later had my carpets professionally steam cleaned. The serviceman could not remove the stains from showing with the black light. He reaffirmed what Jarrett told me earlier-- that sometimes products leave a protein stain that can't be removed. I used the small amount of My Pet Peed that was left in the bottle to spray urine spots on my couch cushions (when I had the covers cleaned). It removed the yellow stain and odor. I'm a believer now and will order more product for future stains.
