I was very skeptical about this product but it works. I have a rescue dog who is peeing all over the house AND bed (I know! GROSS!). But the stains are disappearing. It's even clearing out old pee stains from 2 years ago from a mattress from when my daughter wasn't potty trained yet. There is no odor. The only downside is that it's very, very expensive and some stains have to be treated more than once so the bottle goes super fast. Keep in mind that some disappeared completely with just one treatment but it's still very expensive. At least I know I didn't throw away my money but since it's so expensive I am not sure if I'll buy again. It didn't seem to help my dog not pee again but that seems more like a behavioral issue more than anything else. If you want something that works, this is it.
