IT WORKS!!! With 6 dogs and rescue kittens, the carpet was stained in several places. I used one product I have sworn by that uses active enzymes and it was...ok. Stain was never completely removed, nor the odor...just a little better. THIS product removed all the stains (some over a year old) and the odor! Easy..I didn't use correctly at first. It takes time and patience, but the stain is removed, layer by layer. Also, customer support is terrific. Quick response by email. Very personable. I have shared this product with all my FB rescue groups.
