After using several products over the years and recently using a black light on our carpet, I found it covered in pet urine stains. Our house is only 8 years old, and we have a dachshund that is 15 and has been having more accidents. Family members commented on the odor, even though we have used cleaner every time there was an accident. I found this product and decided to give it a try. Jarrett was great to return my email-- after I treated the carpet and it was still showing stains with a black light. I had the carpet professionally steam cleaned by a company that was approved by the BBB for removing pet stains. The serviceman came to evaluate my carpet. After he had treated the pet-stained areas a few times, he had me hold the black light and was puzzled that the stains were still showing. He told me about carpet fibers and the process of infusing color into them. Apparently, something I had used previously to clean the carpet had caused the stain to become permanent. Just what Jarrett had told me!

As the carpets were being cleaned, I took the covers off the sofa cushions to wash. There were urine stains on the white cushions. I had a little of the My Pet Peed product left and decided to try it on those stains. After two treatments, the stain and odor were GONE and the cushions were white! I wrote to tell Jarrett that it worked! I am going to order more product for future accidents by my pet-- now that the carpet has been professionally cleaned. I will tell my family and friends about this product!
