I admit that the skepticism was real, but after watching the promotional video and explanation behind the product I knew I had to try it. I tried every brand sold in standard pet stores and my dogs urine smell kept peeking through. As a puppy he started marking in the carpet in the guest bedroom, and I wouldn't know it because I never went in there. i contacted the owner before I purchased this product, and he assured me it would work or money back. The owner of MPP'ed is SO personable and the definition of a great business owner, providing expectations and meeting & exceeding them and delivering superb customer service. He explained a carpeted room of this nature with time after time of marking would take several applications, but not to give up. It did take several applications, I was applying it with a carpet cleaner machine (don't suck it up, but shoot it in and lett it sit). A few times Of this and letting it dry for several days, and the smell is gone! This saved me from having to re-carpet the whole room! i would recommend this to anyone, especially new puppy owners. It will come in handy! Do not, I repeat do not, waste your money on the crap sold in pet stores. This might be a little more money, but it will do its job and save your home in the long run, rather than just mask the smell for an hour or two.
