So I get nothing from posting this other than the satisfaction of helping someone else out. Wish i had known sooner! My Pet Peed. This is the BEST product for getting stains & smells out. Not just from animals but children!! I have been searching and buying products for over a year now to get a couple stains out that were here when we moved in and also one from Garth 🙄little bladder. I have spent a lot of money and have read a ton of reviews. I would buy them try them and it wouldn't work for me. I have even used "old fashioned" remedies to no avail 😵‍💫. Until this magical product I legit sprayed the stains left them and gone!!! 😳 For real. Now for the stubborn smell spot I did have to respray more than once....but then gone! Had I not witnessed this, I would say yeah right! These were spots that even carpet cleaners did NOTHING.
So honestly the good: gets all stains and smells out so far. Has not lightened or hurt any of the areas I've used it. It's specifically formulated to not bleach out or lighten colors. Always spot test if worried. Has saved my sanity and $$ in the long run. Follow directions do not mix with water! Even if using the carpet cleaner do not suck it back up must sit and dry to work.
The possible bad: wear gloves this is a very high powered potency peroxide product kinda got a little on me and it burned my skin (I'm sensitive to things like that) Smells a little weird...because it kinda smells like peroxide...and it's just not that pleasant to me. It does go away when dried. And if smell or stain is still there just reapply until gone. Also it is expensive$ but when I tell you it got an 8 year old stain out I'm NOT kidding
