One thousand percent happy!!! Completely removes any odor of dog urine. Not only that but I bought a new wool area rug, had company and some strawberry cake topping got on the rug. The goopy type of topping on a cheesecake. I was so upset. Wiped what pieces were on it off and then sprayed. Within an hour without even vacuuming it, there was nothing there. I can't even find where it was and the rug looks perfect again. CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! and referring to my family too. Thank you!!!
