Just stumbled across www.ripoffreport.com and had to let you know I’ve added rebuttal to the awful report filed in 2013 by James in Texas. Don’t know WHAT his problem was, but do know your stuff saved me HUNDREDS of dollars. Because of My Pet Peed I did NOT need to replace about 10sqyd of carpet! Pointed this out and mentioned I’m NEVER without your product anymore. In fact I’m about to order another gallon.
