I highly recommend this product. I had been highly skeptical, only because I have tried SO many other products that promised to be the best, only to be disappointed. I was getting really desperate, thinking we might have to replace a lot of rugs. I received this product two days ago, and it is fantastic. It had IMMEDIATE effect on odors in carpets and on hardwood floors. I also sprayed it in the air, and the house started smelling better (I think it takes out ALL odors, not just pet urine). Because we have had this problem with our dog "marking" his territory for a few months, I expect to have to continue treatment for a few days to get it all out, but so far it has been miraculous. It has exceeded my expectations, and is a bargain compared to the cost of professional rug cleaning (which doesn't always work anyway).
