My husband, Aaron, and I have rescued four precious Rottweilers together – Mo, Bear, Goose, and Kaci from a life of abuse and neglect.
We foster and transport dogs across Southern states to help them get out of high-risk situations and into loving homes.
Aaron even served on the board of SSRR, so we’ve seen firsthand the dedication, the late nights, and the resources it takes to rescue, rehabilitate, and rehome these dogs.
The South is one of the hardest places for large-breed dogs, especially Rottweilers. Shelters are overwhelmed, resources are limited, and too many amazing dogs don’t get the chance they deserve.
